We train and test on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), American Collectors Association (ACA) Code of Ethics, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all current Federal and State laws.
