Management Team
The management team at Puget Sound Collections is experienced and well diversified. Our team consists of the following:
David Michaud, President
The majority shareholder and President of PSC since 1985, David has an extensive background in the collection industry as well as the healthcare industry. He holds a Masters in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Economics from Washington State University.
Justin Anderson, CPA, General Manager
Prior to joining PSC in 2007, Justin logged 12 years of management and financial experience, including public accounting for individuals and businesses focusing on tax and audit as well as seven years as Vice President of Weyerhaeuser's Arizona WRECO office. At PSC, he oversees early-out services, third-party collections, sales and administration. Justin is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from the WP School of Business at Arizona State University and a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington.
Angela Vanderhoof, Collection Manager
Angela has been with PSC since 1993 and brings 25 years of experience in all facets of the collection industry. She has functioned as a Collection Manager for the last 20 years and is a graduate of the Top Managers Forum of American Collections International. Angela oversees the collection and legal departments and is an integral part of the day-to-day collection activities.
Janice White, Client Services Manager
Janice's 20 years of experience in the information technology and finance operations management field include service as Director of Information Technology and 10 years in accounts receivable management. Janice joined PSC in 1997 and manages early-out services, administration, client services and information technology.
